1. Introduction

• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to maintain a compliant Account.
• "MYR" / "RM" refers to Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used for transaction references on the Platform.

3. Account Eligibility

4. Registration & Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access wagering and other member-exclusive features, you must complete the icgbet registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. icgbet will never contact you requesting your password or one-time security codes. Any activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility unless you have notified us in writing of unauthorised access without undue delay.

4.4 KYC Verification

icgbet may require KYC documentation — including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address and payment method verification — at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in Account restrictions or closure. We may request a copy of your MyKad, passport or other recognised identity document.

5. Terms of Use

5.1 Personal Use

The Platform and all Content are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its Content without our prior written consent.

5.2 Accuracy of Information

icgbet publishes game information, payment guidance, bonus descriptions and educational content in good faith. However, the Platform does not guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of any third-party data, odds or game specifications. 5.3 Game Outcomes

5.4 Service Availability

6. Payments & Transactions

6.1 Supported Methods

icgbet may support the following payment channels, subject to availability and your location: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and Tether (USDT). Supported methods may change without prior notice. Users should confirm availability within the payment section of their Account.

6.2 Currency

Unless otherwise specified, all Account balances, transaction limits and bonus amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

6.3 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Account upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. icgbet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party processors, network congestion or bank verification requirements. All deposited funds must belong to you and originate from a payment method registered in your name.

6.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC clearance, applicable wagering requirements and any pending verification procedures. We reserve the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times vary by method and may be affected by bank holidays or peak periods.

6.5 Transaction Errors

In the event of an error resulting in an incorrect account credit, icgbet reserves the right to recover the incorrectly credited amount. You are obligated to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any transaction error. Failure to do so may constitute a breach of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Conditions

All bonuses, promotions and special offers are subject to individual terms that specify the eligible games, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, maximum bet per round during wagering, and expiry date. These conditions are set out in the relevant promotion page and must be reviewed before accepting any bonus.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

A Wagering Requirement must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds or winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements are not fulfilled by wagers that exceed the maximum eligible bet per round, by bets placed on excluded games, or by bets placed using funds already subject to a separate active bonus.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

icgbet actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, arbitrage play or exploitation of promotional mechanics. Any Account found to be engaging in such activity may have bonuses revoked, winnings forfeited and the Account suspended or closed without prior notice.

7.4 Variation and Withdrawal

icgbet reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any in-progress wagering obligations at the time of modification will be honoured under the original terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Registering or using the Platform if you do not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, scrapers or any software that interacts with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing or any activity intended to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, financing of illegal activities or any purpose prohibited by applicable Malaysian or international law.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any subsequent identity check.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation.
• Charging back, reversing or otherwise disputing a genuine payment to circumvent Platform rules.
• Publishing, distributing or transmitting any Content from the Platform for commercial purposes without written consent.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate conduct toward Platform staff or other users.

icgbet reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, withholding of balances pending investigation, permanent Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, layout, logos, icons, images, audio clips and software, is the property of icgbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The icgbet name and associated marks may not be used without prior written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any rights to sublicense, sell, modify, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any Platform Content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, icgbet, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or wagers arising from reliance on Platform Content.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays or failures in transaction processing attributable to third-party payment providers, banks or network infrastructure.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical error or force majeure.

11. Disputes & Governing Law

11.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute relating to your Account, any transaction or these Terms, you must first contact icgbet support in writing at the address in Section 13, setting out the nature of the dispute clearly. We will endeavour to acknowledge your complaint within five (5) business days and respond in full within thirty (30) days.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law, with particular regard to the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Platform operates. Where jurisdiction is disputed, parties agree to submit to arbitration before a mutually agreed independent body prior to initiating formal legal proceedings.

11.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a competent authority, such provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

12. Amendments to These Terms

icgbet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes via a notice published on the Platform. Your continued use of icgbet following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
